MentorConnect provides up to 12 hours of mentoring over a two-month period.

Mentees must be newcomers to Canada from within the past 10 years, eligible to work, and have a job-ready resume and goals. You must be in BC or planning to move to BC.

Yes, you may enroll if you plan to settle in BC.

Yes, contact the program coordinator to update your profile.

No, Mentors are selected for you based on your experience, goals, sector, and needs.

Mentees cannot decline a mentor, but we aim to match you with the most suitable mentor.

No, each Mentee is assigned to a single Mentor.

Yes, but you must notify the program coordinator.

Due to high demand, most requests for re-enrollment cannot be accommodated, but feel free to reach out to discuss your situation.
