Funded by the Future Skills Centre, this national initiative brought together more than 500 employers, policymakers, educators, regulators, and community partners from across Canada to explore how immigration can better support Canada’s future workforce.
The report connects employer insights from across regions to show what’s really shaping our workforce system today—and what needs to change so skills can move faster, fairer, and in better alignment with real-world industry needs.
