Job Title: Offset Printing Press Operator
Location: Penticton, BC
Position Type: Regular Full Time (40 hr/week)
Compensation: $26-33 per hour
We are seeking skilled and experienced Offset Printing Press Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating an Offset or narrow web flexographic printing press. These are full-time positions with full benefits. Experience in the alcohol label industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Operate wine label offset printing press.
- Perform routine press maintenance.
- Ensure print quality and colour accuracy.
- Troubleshoot press issues and make adjustments as necessary.
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating an Offset or narrow web flexographic printing press.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
Shifts:
- We have openings for both 2nd and 3rd shifts. The work schedule options are:
- Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts, 3 pm until 11:30 pm and
- Sunday to Thursday: 8-hour shifts, 11:00 pm until 7:30 am.
